Franziska Knechtenhofer grew up in Switzerland and lived in French-speaking Switzerland and Mexico for several years. She has acquired profound knowledge and experience in various branches of the economy, especially in retail. As a systemic consultant and coach, she has actively supported large and small companies in numerous change projects and has led some teams on their way to optimal performance. She is a talented moderator who is also highly valued as a lecturer in the field of communication and leadership. At the same time, Franziska acts as an examination expert for prospective managers. With her further training in non-violent and transcultural communication, she has a deep and broad repertoire. She owes her creativity to her ability to always adopt different perspectives.<\/p>\n
