Can we combine an Insights® workshop with conflict resolution?
We recommend resolving the conflict in a previous separate setting first, then the workshop will have an empowering effect on the team. Of course, we can cover both parts.
I am currently undergoing therapy. Can I still take the MBSR course?
The MBSR exercises are flexibly adapted to the respective situation. In principle, however, the therapist or doctor should be consulted beforehand.
Which national cultures can occur in intercultural training?
In principle, any culture can be illuminated. The cultural dimensions allow cultures on different levels (regional, local) to be summarized and compared with each other. Beside having conducted many scientific studies about culture, we ourselves have practical on-site experience of several national cultures.
Can I have a personal Insights® profile without a seminar? or can a seminar be held without profiles of the participants?
