With culture and team development we aim at ensuring your project success with the following tasks

Our understanding of change management

Follow the magic triangle

Our concept requires the existence of a clear corporate strategy and, possibly a vision. A vision is nothing more than an emotional representation of the end goal that should be communicated and shared by many employees. Ultimately, corporate strategy, culture and structure are closely linked.

Change-oriented leadership

Transformational leadership was already considered a change-oriented leadership style when it was developed. Managers appeal to their employees emotionally, inspire them about common goals and give them meaning and orientation.

Set clear goals

A change process begins with the formulation of clear goals. Among others, good goals are:

  • Challenging, albeit realistic
  • Concretely and precisely formulated
  • Consistent

Communicate with appreciation.

Oppositions have the advantage that they provide useful information. They must therefore be actively identified and clarified. Everyone involved must be able to correctly interpret information, transmit it and derive appropriate behaviors.

Achieve quick wins.

Quick wins significantly support organizational transformation by making project success credible in the eyes of employees. John P. Kotter, an American professor renowned worldwide for his work in leadership management, lists these six benefits of Quick Wins:

  • They prove that the effort is worth it
  • They serve as a reward for employees active in change
  • They provide feedback on the feasibility of change
  • Cynics and naysayers are weakened
  • Support from company management is assured
  • A dynamic begins

Develop and consolidate successes – then celebrate.

The goal has not yet been reached. Among other measures, it remains important to expand on the successes achieved and consolidate them. This requires, among other things, a higher level of optimization, technical training, a more anchored culture, as well as development and documentation, etc. But finally, it is also appropriate to celebrate a successful outcome!

Agility starts in the mind!

Self-organization places special demands on the people involved. This finding indicates that not every human profile fits into self-organization. Like any other form of organization, this form of organization also needs an appropriate culture. An adjustment of the human image, the values, the behavioral patterns and, last but not least, the leadership style is necessary. Employees must be able to take responsibility, take initiative and make decisions. Such a culture requires flexibility, autonomy and self-determination of the individual.

Unfortunately, I only got around to sending you a big thank you for the great seminar today. My team was enthusiastic and we are trying to find solutions that can be incorporated into day-to-day business

I have advertised the seminar in our department and I hope that everyone will register for this seminar with their teams.

I wish you happy and relaxing holidays and hope to see you soon.

Best regards

Alex

Alexander Weiss, Head of Procurement SAP CC Retail - Federation of Migros Cooperatives

You have enriched our group with your fine, sovereign and careful manner and made a significant contribution to the fact that we were able to implement the first module at this altitude and in this quality.

I know from the participants that they really enjoyed being with you and were inspired and touched by you and your learning opportunities.

Yvo Wüest, Head of intercultural education, social integration

It was equally fascinating and pleasant to listen to you. In the evening I was touched for a long time by the mutually loving way you made your presentation. You gave each other space and complemented each other well - a noticeably harmonious team of two people, both of whom have exciting and rich professional experience
