Perception
The first step is to understand and delimit the problem situation of the coachee and to discuss his own interpretation of this situation.
Change of perspective
Long-established thought patterns are tested. Depending on the situation, a change of perspective is sought so that new interpretations of the problem become possible.
Old and new goals
What are the previous goals and what factors prevented them from being achieved. Are the obstacles real or imagined? If necessary, new targets will be set.
