What is the course about?

Insights Discovery four colors

Based on 4 colors, personalized profiles (see pattern here) and fun exercises, the Insights Discovery workshops offer a simple and effective way to deepen knowledge about yourself and others. The strengths and weaknesses as well as the complementarity of the team become transparent and show potential for improvement in communication, cooperation, leadership and well-being. The way it works is explained in the video and fact sheet below.

Insights Discovery basic seminar.

The basic seminar teaches you all the ingredients of the Insights Discovery-system. Thanks to its playful course and the many surprising moments, the seminar will impact all individuals positively and in a sustainable way. Its benefits are tangible especially for teams.

Fire red, sunny yellow, earth green and ice blue, everyone has all the colors within them. But what is your dominant color energy? Your personal preference profile (see pattern here) describes your strengths and weaknesses, your blind spot, your communication style and much more on around 20 pages.

And how do the individual personality profiles fit together in the team? The insights wheel provides an overview and shows where there are synergies and what the team still needs.

Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness.

Insights Discovery Team Effectiveness provides every team with the framework it needs to take harmony and team performance to a high level. Everyone knows about the distribution of colors in the team and reacts appropriately to each style.

The team can read the distribution of the types and assess where the strengths and weaknesses of the team lie
The team can assess how and where conflicts can arise between team members, for example between two "opposite types".

Insights Discovery Leadership Effectiveness

Insights Discovery Leadership Effectiveness builds on the Foundation Model. We work with leaders to optimize their personal leadership style, either with their own team or with other leaders.

A manager should not only be purposeful, determined and demanding (red color energy), but also be able to draw from a balanced mix of all 4 color energies.
Managers learn how their individual style and preferences are reflected in their leadership style. This allows them to review and optimize their effectiveness in each of these areas.

Scientific validity of the Insights® preference profile!

Insights Discovery was awarded the coveted Occupational Test Tools Certification Mark in 2017, awarded by DNV GL, the global specialist in quality assurance and psychological testing.

Added to this is the PTC seal of approval, which Insights Discovery has received from the British Psychological Society (BPS) and its test centre, the PTC. This certification is further evidence that the Insights Discovery System has been independently assessed and conforms to the guidelines of the European Federation of Psychological Associations (EFPA), on which the award of the certificate is based.
