Franziska Knechtenhofer grew up in Switzerland and lived in French-speaking Switzerland and Mexico for several years. She has acquired profound knowledge and experience in various branches of the economy, especially in retail. As a systemic consultant and coach, she has actively supported large and small companies in numerous change projects and has led some teams on their way to optimal performance. She is a talented moderator who is also highly valued as a lecturer in the field of communication and leadership. At the same time, Franziska acts as an examination expert for prospective managers. With her further training in non-violent and transcultural communication, she has a deep and broad repertoire. She owes her creativity to her ability to always adopt different perspectives.

Noureddine Yous grew up in France, later lived in Algeria for several years and has lived in Switzerland ever since. He has 25 years of experience as a global leader and has led teams in the US, UK, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, India, Singapore and Japan. At the same time, he chaired an international ISO committee for 16 years, which, with its 22 country representatives, has now introduced essential standards in the capital market sector. After this time, he devoted himself to studying industrial psychology, transcultural communication and digital business management. His studies focus on transcultural leadership and the post-merger integration process in an intercultural context. In recent years he has completed several study visits to Japan, China, Oman, Russia, Cuba and Brazil.
