Franziska Knechtenhofer grew up in Switzerland and lived in French-speaking Switzerland and Mexico for several years. She has acquired profound knowledge and experience in various branches of the economy, especially in retail. As a systemic consultant and coach, she has actively supported large and small companies in numerous change projects and has led some teams on their way to optimal performance. She is a talented moderator who is also highly valued as a lecturer in the field of communication and leadership. At the same time, Franziska acts as an examination expert for prospective managers. With her further training in non-violent and transcultural communication, she has a deep and broad repertoire. She owes her creativity to her ability to always adopt different perspectives.

Noureddine Yous grew up in France. He attended the Marcel Pagnol high school in Marseille and then studied banking and finance at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris. With 25 years of experience as an international executive, he has led international teams. During this time, he chaired an international ISO committee which, with its 22 national representatives, established essential standards in the capital markets sector. He then focused on business communication and psychology, cross-cultural communication, and the management of digital businesses. His studies focus on cross-cultural leadership and corporate integration in an intercultural context. In recent years, he has undertaken several study trips to Japan, China, Oman, Russia, Cuba, and Brazil.
Since 2013, Noureddine has been offering training, coaching, mediation, and consulting services through his own company, Intermedio.
