MBSR course
With Mindfulness towards Resilience!
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
What is MBSR?
The entry of systematic mindfulness practice into the fields of stress management and well-being has greatly changed the scientific perspective on our ability to regulate and overcome our human vulnerabilities. Mindfulness made its debut as a therapeutic discipline in 1979 when Jon Kabat-Zinn introduced his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction means “managing stress through mindfulness”.
This course format is offered worldwide in many companies, social and educational institutions as well as health facilities to develop well-being and serenity. While the application of mindfulness in professional and social life may at first seem like a modern innovation, its roots actually go back 25 centuries to the teachings of the Buddha, who died in the 5th century BC. lived and taught in north-eastern India.
The Buddha offered his teachings, called "Dharma" in Sanskrit, not as a set of teachings that demand belief, but as a collection of principles and practices that assist people in their quest for happiness and spiritual freedom. At its heart lies a training system that leads to insight and the overcoming of suffering. The 8-week course developed by Jon Kabbat-Zinn is based on this Buddhist training system with exercises to learn and experience mindfulness.
As more and more people suffer from constant stress, mindfulness is needed more than ever.
Scientific studies have long proven the effectiveness of meditation on our attention, our ability to think and our balance. MBSR training can not only relieve people of stress, but also develop additional strength and energy that they need to cope with professional and private challenges.

I have advertised the seminar in our department and I hope that everyone will register for this seminar with their teams.
I wish you happy and relaxing holidays and hope to see you soon.
Best regards

You have enriched our group with your fine, sovereign and careful manner and made a significant contribution to the fact that we were able to implement the first module at this altitude and in this quality.
I know from the participants that they really enjoyed being with you and were inspired and touched by you and your learning opportunities.
It was equally fascinating and pleasant to listen to you. In the evening I was touched for a long time by the mutually loving way you made your presentation. You gave each other space and complemented each other well - a noticeably harmonious team of two people, both of whom have exciting and rich professional experience
Nourredine Yous is a skillful negotiator who consistently manages to guide all satisfactory solutions. Thank you again for dedicating your time to our problems. I sincerely admire the way you handled the situation with a lot of diplomacy, raised awareness of the real problems and, most importantly, guided us to common solutions.
The cooperation workshop with our service partner was a complete success, thanks in particular to Franziska's targeted, professional moderation.
Many thanks for the insight into your lessons, which seemed like a good start to the day. You took the participants and their experiences as a starting point.
"The team building seminar was a very exciting experience and the whole day was fun. Nourredine made the workshop very varied. Thanks very much! !"
